I watch a lot of Google sponsored events. I’m shocked by how bad these smart presenters present information. It’s almost like none of them have watched Larry Lessig or have paid attention to Seth Godin.
Google: For the love of all that’s right and holy in world, ship a copy of Garr Reynold’s Presentation Zen to the presenter about a month before they give their presentation.
Enough with the complaining about the bad. Let’s watch some good.

Well, the project I started shortly before my father died is now launched.
Horsegawker.com
It’s a site where you can browse horses that have been uploaded and upload your own horse photos.

Robinson has Jump Teams (riders at the barn get together in the winter and have a competition) food duty this Saturday. The constraints are a single dish that can be kept warm in a Crockpot. The dish doesn’t have to be a dish cooked in the Crockpot, but that’s the only way we have to keep food warm in the barn. Also, the Crockpot works well to keep the food free of dust.
No chili. Everyone is tired of chili.
Post-up your suggestion in the comments.
thanks

"Go ahead and enact laws or set up best practices for keeping chickens. But don’t ban them outright," the Chicken Lady says.
"Chickens are good for the life of the city. My chickens get people talking to each other, talking to me. Children in the area are interested in the chickens. Elderly resident remember growing up with chickens when they were young. Chickens really are a good community builder."
What if Chickens do get outlawed?
"I guess I’ll have to get ducks," the Chicken Lady said.
I hope she gets Runner Ducks too.
