Tips on Meat Birds

A tip on getting your fresh chicken tender. Make sure the meat is cold, cold, cold (refrigerate for at least 24 hours) before you freeze it. When you freeze a warm chicken it will be tough & chewy. You need to let the meat relax from rigor mortis before freezing it.
